It's blocked since a while back, I block people who are ungrateful or plain rude so I guess that is one of them.

now if the guy is annoying even participating in a community and can't give a simple answer of "I don't know how to help", well, in that case I don't know why to participate in a community, better to stay locked in the room without access to the internet.
