there are 4 options for cata+
1. private core will leak
2. it just wont happen
3. it will happen extremely slowly meaning that maybe 2030 we will have cata and 2040 mop
4. there will be some group of dedicated enthusiasts who will do it in reasonable time

1. Yeah, hackfixed unstable core that needs serious fixing anyway and someone will have to do it so again we're back to time
