im not familiar with heidi but all sql clients should have option to export DB to sql file

Backing up all 3 databases is pointless. Custom changes should be stored in a separate file if you're not braindead and backing up the world database is just wasted space.

auth and characters is what you would need to make sure to run backups on if you're concerned about losing data which is normal.

If you have to end up reverting the database, for whatever reason, you have to drop all tables to import them all again from your backup so you might as well just drop the tables and let the worldserver populate the database again.
