No, it shouldn't unless there's an update to the specific creature. You should *always* make sure to save any updates you do yourself to a .sql file so you can easily run it again if an update somehow overwrites your changes or if you are forced to reset the world database for some reason. It's as simple as using UPDATE statements which you can learn about using Google.

technically there is event of deleting something when data are updated but that is pretty rare
