I'm running through the core install steps with Ubuntu 20.04, and when I run `mysql` I get the error `ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)`

When I do `service mysql restart` I get the error:
