from what others told me and personal experience, you are less likely to run into compilation issues if you use 20.04

I did get it to run on 22.10 eventually but since I am running it on a container it doesn't need to have the latest and greatest

at the mysql prompt, run the following:
`use acore_auth;
UPDATE realmlist SET address = '[your_ip]' WHERE id = 1;
exit`
