I don't really see any good in that. If people are on older revisions and open issues, then you have issues that have already been fixed being reported (hopefully people aren't that silly, but we know people). The only use I can really see *is* for these squashes, but afaik the end goal is to just fix the DB updating system to where this whole checkout system isn't necessary at all
