You should just run the queries as a batch anyway, not every single time something happens.

i mean 1 query per each spell right why would u accumulate them in buffer when mysql can handle it

now more seriously....if there is no reason why NOT to store it in mysql i think that would be best option since every1 knows it its easy to work with easy to visualize data etc
