i mean global in sense that each group will have it same....if u change all bosses to drop 1 more item it will be like that for all players no matter what

Personally, I would love a configurable module, which lets you change the exact amount of drop, but I'm afraid it would require to re-define some of the loot functions in cpp.
I read the source code of the server, and I wouldn't say it's easy

If you expose the loot storages, using a function like GetCreatureLootStorage(), you could use it to remove and add entries at runtime.

It would work kind of like GetCreatureTemplate/GetCreatureTemplates but not as limited if you want to do a lot with it

I guess the ideal solution would be to implement something like AddLootToCreature and RemoveLootFromCreature kind of like you can do with vendor entries.
