Currently we dont use the dbc at all. We use a hackfix table with about 99% of the dbc info there.

So the pro's of using the dbc:
Less resource usuage and less hits on the sql db.
Its data directly from the client which means "blizzlike"

Looks like the if can be removed and the else used for every core?
