Edit: Also im prolly not gonna resize the catform since you have to be really accurate on the particles as far as x/y/z axis goes, and it doesnt help gluth has 5 different particle effects.

You need the MEF and rename the patch-v.mpq to patch-v.MPQ (Uppercase).
