Then we got this pr thats up, get told a spell is missing when it was never a spell that ever exsisted in the dbc so trying to fig out what is what with that

Yeah it can override exsisting as well as adding additional

So at this point, i am just curious why we still have stuff hard coded and substituted outside of just using the damn dbc files
