yeah - this isn't meant to be human readable or executed by a human. more so just an automated "yes the server is up and running" kind of thing.

yes u could have some process checking if process of AC is running but that doesnt tell u if its actually running well it could be frozen and to know that u have to ask core itself

it's more of a smoke-test (as in, if there's smoke, there's fire) rather than an in-depth "is everything working how I expect" test.

you can use it to wait for the server to startup, and if you're using something like docker/systemd, you can set it up so after this check fails it'll restart the server or some other attempted remediation step
