You can't assume that the core is AzerothCore just because of the modules used. There are more than likely the same modules available for different cores and also they could've taken the code and implemented it into their core or even made a module out of it for their core. You can't know for sure.

If they are using AzerothCore and the AzerothCore branding isn't appearing when you log in, **that's** the problem and not the supposedly faked numbers.
