well, the skills set out in ``SkillRaceClassInfo`` are not always skills you start with immediately, eg professions etc

so when you spawn in - where does it get the data to dish out which skills to what class

I went to ``playercreateinfo_skills`` to set that up as I thought thats where it sets up the class

It still gets it from SkillRaceClassInfo, but whether it's immediately known, learned, or trained is handled through the flags column in that DBC iirc
