one thing to be mindful of is if you are sending custom payloads for example, if you are ingame and sending a payload to the client and then the client logs out to the character screen before the payload is sent (still in the queue) then the breaking news won't appear and will be queued up for the next warden rotationn

this is because Warden is setup to only send 1 lua eval type payload per rotation (change-able in the world config)
