Quote: This changes the highest rank of chain lightning to a massive lightning bolt instead.
Not quite as easy to see who it hits, but imo its a much cooler spell. Also, if you have lightning overload, the second bolt that follows this should be normal, letting you see when it procs with a weaker, smaller bolt.
