random - its curious to me (and I don't remember all that time ago when WotLK dropped for real what the behavior was) but if I roll a rogue today, stealth is not something I have from the very start, yet if I go to the trainer immediately after character creation he does offer the spell for me right away as a level 1 thing. Why is it not just on my bar when I start off?

(I got thinking about it since revision's module adds it, but I am talking about the default behavior without using the module)
