GM 3 account. I used .levelup to get to 80, and then .learn all my spells. For me hurricane doesn't do anything at all

I never got .learn all my spells to work properly. I just use .learn ID

the first one I pulled from the spell book has spell id 48466 which is wrong. If I go to the spell book now I see the correct one 48467 and the former is no longer there. Weird.

ok just did a test with a new char and it did it again. It is something to do with going to level 80 and the learning all spells before any talents are selected
