Technically you could create a script that reads options from the database, updates the local config file and sends the command `.reload config` to the worldserver automatically.

Mine beats manual but of course it took some time to create. But now I can install a fresh linux OS, copy over my script, run it and it'll install all packages, clone source, compile source, copy and update configs, import database tables and updates and start the server all in one single command. Manual can't beat that.
