You can change every option available in a module so making commands for them is extremely easy.

Kinda clunky to have to do whatever the config changing command would be and then doing `.reload config` or whatever it is as well

Yes, you can't simplify it more than changing the config file - I'm just saying that if you want to do it using commands, you **can**.

The main reason for DB based config is easily editable remotely, and persistent

We didn't feel like having to go and edit text files every time we needed to change something or add new config options
