Seeing as I've never used anything but the classic installation I couldn't tell you.

Fair point. Think I figured it out. Didn't read the part about replacing the path in the CMake command... It's not erroring out anymore on the make -j #

I think this is how I originally installed it, but then forgot and was using the Dashboard to update. Hopefully I didn't screw something up, but if I did, well live and learn I guess. Documentation for myself would not be a bad thing.

Well, the dashboard as far as I know does the classic install but more.. automated. I'd be surprised if it messed up.
