I would suggest using a module like https://github.com/LannyE/mod-gain-honor-guard but I'm sure it needs to be updated to work.

Found an old issue that was closed, which happens to still be an issue. Can we reopen it?

PP on 10hc only drops Vanquisher's Mark as the Marks Items, the rest is OK CURRENT BEHAVIOUR: It only drop 1 type of Mark. It drops 2 marks, both the same, vanquisher's Here'...
