If you have access to the folders where the SQL-files are, perhaps you can add one to `data/sql/custom/db_auth` that updates the realmlist?

If that can help, it's easy to set the realmlist on a dedicated server. launch heidisql. Just put the public ip of the server, login root, password: passord

You could set it up to do the same with Docker, although I have no idea how to do it but I do know it's possible - otherwise Docker wouldn't be very popular.
