I'd almost assume it's more stable than TrinityCore since it's not the branch they're focusing on.

I'd say Azerothcore is the most stable 3.3.5a. Trinity is focusing on latest expansion

More or less stable than something else isn't a good metric. There's tons of bugs that can cause crashes in emulation in general
