hmm mine looks nothing like that. I have two folders in my home directory. azeroth-server contains bin and etc. Neither of which have a modules folder.

Seperate from that i have a azerothcore directory with modules at its root and build/moduleas another directory.

azeroth-server (a way of installing the core I've *never* done) only contains what you need to run it.
