Did you compile the core again after running CMake? You don't have to do a full compile, rebuild or clean->build, just a regular build to compile any changes.

Whenever you add/remove modules or files are changed/added/removed by an update, you have to build it again - that does only compile the changes though so updates and adding modules etc is very quick.

Inside C:\Build, if that's the folder you chose, you should have a visual studio solution file
