According to the code, if Level.enable is set to false, it'll make sure you are at the start level. If set to true, it shouldn't check it. The comment in the config should be wrong if that's truly the case.

What's to take away from my ramblings is try setting `Level.enable` in the config to `true`.

So if you're trying to use the 70/80 templates with what's currently contained, they're missing a *shit* ton of entries, pretty much what that "You don't meet the requirements" means is that either you've levelled up, *or* there isn't anything in the tables that lines up with your race/class, so in the case of the 60 template blood elves, draenei, and death knights wouldn't qualify, but for the 70/80s, they're missing so many entries that the module incorrectly thinks that certain races/classes aren't intended for that template set

I believe that my stock config file works fine for starter level characters, but I'll double check that I didn't toy with that file on my local
