I am trying to implement some non blizz like quality of life type changes on a server for my kids... I would like to make the magic using classes less squishy... they are dying a bunch... whatever is easiest but I'm thinking maybe increase mana regen and reduce damage taken... is there any easy way to do this?

Or something else that would achieve the same goal? I though I could just add plate armour proficiencies to them but that actually looks way harder than other options

yeah, and I would just modify an item that already exists, like a development test ring or something to save yourself patching the client
