Starting hosting the server a few days ago, professionally I'm a C# developer. So getting into a bit of C++ by picking this up.
Noticed today when playing the Stranglethorn Fishing Event, the event ended at 3PM EST. NPCs were still there, but the pools despawned. Looking at the last commit to the sql I see a start_time for npc spawn at 13:00 (1pm) and an event start at 14:00(2pm) . However, the end_time doesn't quite make sense to me. As it's set to 07, and not 17. I wasn't sure if this were intentional or if that's the cause for the event ending at 3pm instead of 4pm.
Anyhow, I'm looking through the code and going to look through my server's game_event table and see if somehow that's mixed up.
Or perhaps I'm wrong about it all and there's just a server time messed up somewhere.

If a module isn't feasible, I know I'd prefer even a diff over nothing
