Also just for information I should run cmake in /azerothcore/modules right? Since this is the only place that it doesn't give me error

When you ran cmake the first time after cloning the source, was it in `/home/wotlk/azerothcore/build`?

If you don't run cmake now in the same location, it'll generate the build files in another place and that'll force a full compile.
