IMO when doing stuff on WSL which you appear to be, always work from the linux filesystem

it's not WSL... it's an ubuntu VM on proxmox... does that make a difference?

but im pretty sure you could assuming you get the relative path correct, dont see any reason why not, and no shouldnt

heres where mine is using pwd pretty sure i did defaults `/home/dirtbikercj/azeroth-server/bin`
