Just remember to install `libboost1.74-all-dev` if you switch to Debian 11 and not `libboost-all-dev` because I'm sure that one is wrong there too.

Which is why I'm almost sure if you remove 1.67 `apt autoremove libboost-all-dev` and make sure 1.74 is installed after, Debian 10 would work in the end.
