I don't know how it would work. I've only used 11 since it has all the required packages by default, including `libboost1.74-all-dev` which I would see if you have access to because it's one that is guaranteed to work.

What if you install those packages? It can't hurt to try. `apt install libboost-numpy1.74-dev libboost-nowide1.74-dev`
