U can still do it manually but I assume u are just casual user and it's out of ur ability so then only choice is if there is some cms which does it

i can do it manually but the reason i wanted to set it up with soap is because when I'm not around and people want to use the store, the items won't be going to them and they'll have to wait for an GM

When i say manually I mean that Ur web app instead of soap and GM command sends SQL query to AC DB
