Figured out what's wrong here if anyone has a similar issue. Turns out it can't show more than 150 items in a vendor menu (or else the client will crash), but if you surpass something like 250 slots, it'll sorta loop around

Because they got rid of those restrictions at some point and it trickled into the Classic client

So now the Classic Wrath and SoM PTR NPC's have vendor menus that pass that limit and I can't recreate them in AC

I assume you're not trying to use the Classic client to connect to AC, as that was kind of what I thought at first.

I see. Well, I guess if you somehow can change the client but I don't even know if using MPQ would be enough to do that.
