warlock and hunter shouldn't have much of a problem with most content, and classes with some measure of self healing will always have it easier than classes without

ah yeah paladin shouldn't have any trouble unless you run out of mana

judgement of wisdom does help a lot with that I noticed. My paladin tank never runs out of mana.

still happens to mine with wisdom, but dropping consecration from the rotation when mana gets low makes it manageable
