i didn't bother doing 60 or 70 raids and i don't have the gear for 80 raids yet, but dungeons are decently hard on *most* classes if doing them at level

personally i'd boost the boss hp modifier from 0.5 to 0.7 for playing solo, but some fights in wrath are simply too hard *at level* if you do that
