hey heres a weird question. would my local cache affect something like the random enchant module? i set the chance of 1 enchant to 95% and havent had a proc in like 4 mobs

open the wowspelleditor.spell table in mysql workbench, mark the row, copy. go to spell_dbc, paste. apply. copy the query. make it neat. done.

im not actually sure about workflow with import/export dbcs using wdbx or spelleditor but i can tell that names are different everywhere there are no rules every1 named it somehow bcs name doesnt matter to data in it

This is true. And I do want all classes to have a decent self-heal. Ideally 25% of HP with a one minute CD.
