Yep. I have `worldserver.conf` in `./` and `./conf/worldserver.conf.dist`. Here are the contents of `worldserver.conf`.

Tables in question (iirc) would be `playercreateinfo_item` and `playercreateinfo_spell_custom` in the world DB
