It worked in RFK for me. Of course, I always have issues when trying things as a GM character and at first I didn't see any loot after killing about 12 of them and I had to relog to be able to loot but yes the money looted and made the sound.

Trying to loot another makes me stuck in a loot animation forever and I have to relog, this is silly.
