When was you last update your server? I wonder if this is related to the reverted QAston proc system PR.

So I would next try and update and see if that fixes it. You will need to recompile but it is always good to stay up to date anyway. ^_^

This would also be a good time to ensure all modules are up to date as well. Individual Progression had some bugs fixed recently.
