I would try to replace them with fresh files - either default WotLK ones or the optional Individual Progression ones if use are using the optional spell changes.

can confirm, doesn't happen when I relog the character only upon recasting the seal on myself

Please let us know if there is still any issue. If it does discover of having any problem in any modules, it should be fixed.

Ok so I downloaded AC Data v15, replaced the dbc folder with the existing one. After that I downloaded the dbc-s for individual-progression and replaced the 5 .dbc-s that were needed, but made backups of the originals
