Yes, something is wrong with your spell data. 89502 is the spell used for the Individual Progression HP reduction.

when i run my world server these red messages concerned me but because everything seemed to run fine i ignored it

Yes, the mentioned aura on my end has spell id *72341*, not sure why it's changed.
