I don't get it, since the values from the dbc are never wrong bcs it come from client **itself**

just take a look at rank 1 & rank 6 Wyvern Stings spell.dbc, rank 1-3 has the incorrect `ImplicitTargetA_1` as `TARGET_UNIT_TARGET_ANY = 25` instead of `TARGET_UNIT_TARGET_ENEMY = 6 ` which means the ability applies incorrect for lower ranks
