It should be but I'm not sure if it's a "it isn't a part of 3.3.5 so it doesn't have to be in" issue

I know when they opened those retail Wrath servers, the coding for a few events like the scarab lord questline were still in and active, don't know about the war effort though

but i do get some people dm-ing me for help once in a while, and at times i just tell them, i have no clue as im just a azerothcore dev and not a CC dev

It probably should be. It just confuses me that Nyeriah didn't think they should be but made a module for it instead, which is why I'm questioning the reason for it.
