Hello----I'm new here, I spent the day figuring out the build for the server, got it building, I seem to be able to launch the authentication server and the world server successfully, but I cannot seem to connect with my client. I've got my realmlist set to localhost. Is there a step I'm missing with the database or something like that?

The worldserver default should be 127.0.0.1.

Maybe try using 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost in your realmlist? I am not sure if that will make a difference but it is worth to trying.
