I was on so many servers until I spit on it all. Everywhere was crap, except for one small server with 100 people population, which for some reason was quickly shut down by Blizzard, there man went so far as to make working absolutely all the content, and if you find a bug or non-working quests and chains, bosses or raids and dungeons, he transferred 50-100 dollars. The WoWPortal server was. Other servers have constant and consistent problems and never get fixed, and eventually just shut down...

I don't think, nor would I ever appreciate, that azerothcore should have hundreds if not thousands of config options to allow a user to modify the game in any way they want. I prefer if contributions are used to fix issues.

If a server admin wants specific changes but they don't know how to do any form of code, hosting a server isn't for them.

The intent of the projecy is to be a learning project and to replicate blizzards ways as good as possible. That was the intent from the start. And all that comes with it. If the intent was to make it comercial, which probably would be illegal, then it might have been done differently

I used to work for a server where we tried to fix everything as good as possible, with the resources we had. And when I later quit and went to AC, that server definetly was way ahead content wise over AC

He doesn't get it, don't waste your time. For him, the goal is money. He's not interested in anything else. I guess I'll end here, I wish the main developers good luck, best wishes and do not lose motivation, finish this damn thing(hard work AzerothCore), you will create a diamond, gain experience, give a lot of joy from the feeling of a solo game for a lot of people who do not want to play on crappy servers or in the bondage and slavery of the online.
