i know being able to adjust it yourself wasn't implemented until later but it's still in 3.3.5, so i'd think it should be changeable for the server host. unless it's client side and a pain in the ass/impossible to touch

Thank you for find this bug! It is an issue in the Individual Progression module that I had missed in my testing. It is hard to test every race and class. Haha. I will fix it this morning and release an update for the repack.

The new update of the repack is available and fixes this bug, along with update everything to latest version. If someone would please post on the related Reddit thread to let others know, I hope they are knowing that the repack does not have these unresolved bugs. ^_^ Please let me know if you find any more problems!
