It looks as you do not have a C++ compiler installed, or it is installed in a way that Cmake cannot find it. You might want to try re-installing MSVC.

You may need to reboot after installing it for your environment variables to update.

That is strange. I do not know why CMake can't find it. Is the correct path set in your environment variables? It should be set during the install, but you can add it manually and see if that is helping.
